The mesh is a bit screwy. It has creases like the Maxis underwear mesh, and reverts to that mesh in the fat state. Also, the right pants seam is at an angle.

One of these days I'll learn how to handpaint my own textures or photoskin without looking over photoskinned.  For now, I'm grateful to those creators who share their textures.  Thanks guys!
